I've just received my vacuum from The Vac Shop, after a bit of a wait due to the courier. Bryn couldn't have been more helpful in his response and I can't fault the machine - absolutely fantastic customer service that I thought was long gone. I'd highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I had been looking for somewhere to have my vac repaired since moving house. Found this online and what a great discovery.
Very pleasant and helpful and repaired my vac within a week.
They did a super job for a really good price, cheaper than I expected.
Looking round their well stocked shop , I now know where to come should I need to buy another vac.
Great service, great price and lovely staff and shop.
