Every machine begins with a comprehensive inspection and full functionality test, including a detailed motor assessment. This allows us to identify any faults and ensures every vacuum cleaner is assessed thoroughly before refurbishment begins.

Once tested, the machine is completely stripped down to its bare plastic components, thoroughly sanitised, and any blockages are removed. During this process, all bearings are cleaned, oiled and greased where required. Filters are either carefully washed or replaced with brand new filters, depending on their condition.

Any worn or damaged parts are replaced with genuine components wherever possible and economically viable. For cordless models, batteries are bench-tested and health-checked, with selected models receiving brand new, high-quality replacement batteries as part of the refurbishment process.

The machine is then carefully reassembled before undergoing a final performance test, deep clean and cosmetic inspection. Every refurbished vacuum must pass our extensive quality checklist to ensure it meets our high standards for both performance and appearance.

Once approved, your machine is professionally packed using protective bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard to ensure it arrives safely. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and tracking information will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
